- Documents are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate embeddings and answers. Their privacy policies also apply.
- Documents and generated data are stored only for the duration of your session. Nothing is retained after your session ends.
- We do not use your documents to train or fine-tune any AI models.
Service & Accuracy
- CoverWise provides AI-generated analysis. It is not a substitute for professional insurance or legal advice.
- Answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify critical decisions against your original policy document.
- Confidence scores are AI-assessed estimates, not guarantees of accuracy.
Upload Limits
- Maximum file size: 2 MB
- Maximum document length: 100 pages
- Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT
Your Responsibility
- Avoid uploading documents containing sensitive personal information (SSN, bank details, passwords) beyond what is in your insurance policy.
- This service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
